Fibropharmacy Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Fibropharmacy purchase.

You may exchange or return unopened/unused merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of ship date. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless it is our mistake.

To exchange an item, you are responsible for the shipping fees (unless we made an error or product was damaged), we will pay for the shipping fees for the exchanged item.

EXCLUSIONS: There are no returns on cosmetics due to health regulations so please shop carefully.

Disclaimers:

1. If you return an order that was shipped to you free of charge because of a promotion, you will be charged for the shipping charge, which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
2. If you receive a promotional free with purchase product, and then return the order below the purchase limit and keep the free product, you will be charged retail for the free with purchase promotional product.
3. Products must be returned in unopened/unused condition in order to be issued a refund.
We will only pay for return shipping fees if we made an error in sending you the wrong product or the product was defective (such as broken on arrival).

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please pack the return items carefully. Include any promotional free with purchase products.
Please write your name, telephone number (and order # if you have it) on a piece of paper, and indicate if you’d like to exchange the product(s) for any other product(s) or you’d like a refund or store credit.  Place the paper in the box or envelope with the items you are returning and mail to the address below.
