Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 BORDER RESTRICTIONS, WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO THE USA AND VARIOUS COUNTRIES. WE EXPECT TEMPORARY SHIPPING DELAYS, AS A RESULT, A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF ORDERS MAY ARRIVE LATER THAN USUAL. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Our standard shipping is Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.  We charge the USPS rate plus $2 for handling. 

Orders placed before 10 am PST are usually shipped out the same day.

U.S.A. (includes all states and territories):

USPS Ground Advantage^™ service is an affordable and reliable way to send packages inside the U.S. Packages arrive within 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail for all orders over 1 lb. is based on USPS current rates – arrives within 2-3 business days.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.  Please contact Customer Service and we will be glad to help.

Order cutoff: 1 pm PST for same-day shipping.

International:

USPS First Class (optional) delivery for small orders will be shown on checkout based on weight.
First Class is only available for small orders and may take up to three weeks to arrive.

USPS International Priority Rate for all orders less than 2 lbs. – $49 and up (vary by country) – arrives within 10 business days excluding customs time.

USPS International Express Rate for all orders over 2 lbs. – $75 and up (vary by country) – arrives within 5 business days excluding customs time.

NOTE: There may be customs fees and taxes with a certain minimum purchase. Each country varies with this policy. To check what the fees are, contact your customs agency. Fibropharmacy does not have control over international customs or taxes.
